Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This policy explains what information Falcoba collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers the website at falcoba.com, the Falcoba app on the web, iPhone and Android, and the services behind them.
Falcoba is a product of Digital Lunas, based in Montréal, Québec, Canada (“Falcoba”, “we”, “us”). If you have a question about this policy, write to info@falcoba.com.
The short version
- We use your information to run Falcoba for you, and for nothing else.
- We don’t sell your information, and we don’t show ads.
- Email and calendar data from Google or Microsoft is used only to show, send and organise your own mail and events inside Falcoba.
- You can disconnect a mailbox or delete your account at any time.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address, password (stored in a scrambled form we can’t read) and your business name.
- Things you create in Falcoba: contacts, companies, deals, notes, tasks, lists, calendar events, automations, files you upload, and messages you write.
- Early access requests: what you write in the early access form on falcoba.com (name, email, business name, phone if you give it, team size, email provider, the modules you want and your message). We use it only to reply to you and set up your access.
- Support messages: what you send us when you ask for help or give feedback.
Information from services you connect
- Email and calendars. When you connect a Google or Microsoft account, Falcoba reads your messages and calendar events from that account so it can show them to you, send mail you write, and keep both sides in sync. See Google user data and Microsoft user data below.
- Phone. If your workspace has a Falcoba phone number, we process the calls and texts that go through it: phone numbers, times, call length, text messages, voicemails, and call recordings and transcripts when they are turned on.
Information collected automatically
- Technical information: your IP address, browser or device type, and logs of requests and errors. We use these to keep Falcoba running and secure.
- Phone app: a notification token, so we can tell your phone about new calls and messages.
- This website does not use cookies for advertising or analytics. It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or follow you across other sites.
How we use information
We use information to:
- provide Falcoba: show your mail, calls, contacts and calendar, send what you ask us to send, and run the automations you set up;
- keep accounts and data secure, and stop abuse;
- answer your questions and fix problems;
- send messages about your account, such as sign-in emails and important changes;
- handle billing, for paid plans;
- improve Falcoba based on how it works and on the feedback you give us.
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Google user data
When you connect a Google account, Falcoba asks Google for permission to:
- Gmail: read, send and organise your email (for example mark it as read, archive it, or move it to trash or spam);
- Google Calendar: see, create, change and delete events on your calendars;
- Basic profile: see your email address, so we know which account you connected.
We use this data only to provide the features you use in Falcoba: showing, searching, sending and organising your mail, keeping read, done and spam in step with Gmail, and showing and updating your calendar events.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
- We transfer Google user data to others only as needed to provide or improve the features you use, to keep Falcoba secure, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or sale of our business with notice to you.
- People at Falcoba do not read your Google data unless you ask us to (for example to help with a support request), it is needed for security or to investigate abuse, or the law requires it.
Falcoba’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect a Google account in Falcoba at any time, or remove Falcoba’s access from your Google Account permissions.
Microsoft user data
When you connect a Microsoft account (Outlook.com or Microsoft 365), Falcoba asks Microsoft for permission to read, send and organise your mail, to read and change your calendar, and to see your basic profile. We use this data in the same limited way as Google data above: only to provide the features you use, never for advertising, never sold, and never to train AI models.
You can disconnect a Microsoft account in Falcoba, or remove Falcoba’s access from your Microsoft account (personal accounts) or My Apps (work accounts).
Where your data is kept
We keep the copies of messages, events and records needed to show, search and organise them, on our servers and on your own device so the app opens quickly. Your original email and calendar stay with Google or Microsoft.
Inside a workspace, shared inboxes and records are visible to the teammates who have access to them. Each person’s own mailbox stays private to them.
Our servers and providers may store and process information in Canada, the United States and other countries. Where information leaves Canada, it is protected by our agreements with those providers, but it may be subject to the laws of the country where it is stored.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run Falcoba, and only what they need to do their job:
| Provider | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare and our server hosts | Run our servers, store files, protect the network, deliver the website’s form to us |
| Google and Microsoft | Email and calendar for the accounts you connect |
| Twilio | Phone calls, text messages, voicemail, recordings and transcripts |
| Resend | Send account emails, such as sign-in links |
| Apple | Deliver notifications to the iPhone app |
| Stripe | Process payments for paid plans |
| An AI provider (for example Anthropic or OpenAI) | Answer questions you ask the Falcoba assistant, only if you use it |
If you use the Falcoba assistant, the question you ask and the information it needs to answer are sent to the AI provider set up for your workspace. We don’t send your data to an AI provider unless you use the assistant.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people’s safety or our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business. We will tell you if your information is going to be handled by a new owner.
How long we keep information
We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your workspace data from our active systems within 30 days. Copies in backups are deleted as those backups expire. We keep billing and tax records for as long as the law requires.
Security
All traffic to Falcoba is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to our systems is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so if we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your information or your account;
- stop using information you agreed to give us, where that’s possible.
Write to info@falcoba.com. We’ll answer within 30 days. To delete your account, see Delete your account.
If you’re not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or in Québec the Commission d’accès à l’information.
Person in charge of privacy
Our Privacy Officer is responsible for protecting personal information at Falcoba. You can reach them at info@falcoba.com.
Children
Falcoba is made for businesses. It is not meant for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If the change is important, we’ll also tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
