Terms of Service
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Digital Lunas, the business behind Falcoba (“Falcoba”, “we”, “us”) about using Falcoba: the website, the app on the web, iPhone and Android, and the services behind them. By creating an account or using Falcoba, you agree to them. If you use Falcoba for a business, you confirm that you can agree on its behalf.
1. Early access
Falcoba is in early access. That means:
- features will change, and some may be added or removed;
- you may run into bugs or short interruptions;
- if a plan has a price, you’ll see it before you agree to pay. We never charge you without your agreement.
Your feedback helps shape Falcoba. If you send us ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
2. Your account
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- The owner of a workspace decides who joins it and what they can see.
- Tell us right away at info@falcoba.com if you think someone has got into your account.
3. Your content
Everything you bring into Falcoba or create there (emails, contacts, notes, files, call recordings and so on) stays yours.
You give us permission to store, copy, process, show and send your content only as needed to run Falcoba for you, for example to show your inbox to your team or to send a text you wrote. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies in backups until they expire.
You’re responsible for having the right to use the content and contact details you bring into Falcoba.
4. Services you connect
Falcoba works with services run by other companies, such as Google, Microsoft and Twilio. Their own terms apply when you use them. We’re not responsible for their outages or for changes they make. You can disconnect them at any time.
5. Using Falcoba responsibly
You agree not to use Falcoba to:
- send spam, or messages and calls people haven’t agreed to receive, where the law requires their agreement (including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation and telemarketing rules);
- break the law, or harass, threaten or deceive anyone;
- record calls without telling people where the law requires it;
- upload malware, or try to break into, overload or reverse-engineer Falcoba;
- resell Falcoba without our written permission.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts other people at risk.
6. Phone numbers and calls
- Phone numbers are provided through our telephone provider. If you want to keep a number when you leave, ask us before you delete your account.
- Falcoba is not a replacement for a regular phone line. Do not rely on it to call emergency services such as 911.
7. Ending your account
You can stop using Falcoba and delete your account at any time. See Delete your account. Before you do, you can ask us for a copy of your data.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, doesn’t pay for a paid plan, or puts Falcoba or other people at risk. When it’s reasonable, we’ll warn you first and give you a chance to get your data.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep Falcoba running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, especially during early access.
9. Disclaimers
As far as the law allows, Falcoba is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
10. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability for any claim about Falcoba is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 Canadian dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top. If the change is important, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Falcoba after that, the new terms apply.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of Québec.
13. Language
These terms are also available in French at Conditions d’utilisation. If the two versions differ, the French version applies.
